Very accommodating and friendly. People were nice and would like to chat with you if you desired.

I just could not sleep at all. I was on the ground floor and could here people shouting and laughing in the patio. Plus, the staff came at 11pm to switch on the light in the patio so I had the light in my face all night! It is written you should not make noise after 11pm but the staff did not seem to care at all and did not ask people to keep quite. Each time I had to talk to a staff member it felt like I was disturbing them!! I did not like this hostel at all

Hello, I am sorry that you have been disappointed by your experience in our hostel.

For the light in the patio, all our rooms have curtains on windows so if you don't want to be disturb by the light you can close it ;)

I just sent an email to the staff members who were at the reception during your stay. You're right at 11:00pm we ask to the people in the patio to keep quite.

Localisation : This is 5/10min by metro from SLO Living Hostel until the train station Gare Part Dieu and 10 min by walk until the main square of Lyon which is very central.

Wish to welcome you again soon for a better experience.

Only stayed for one night, but it was a great hostel. Very clean and friendly staff. Sweet outdoor and indoor common areas. Good music and vibe to the front desk. Definitely recommend!

Bonne continuation.
