The overall experience was really great to be honest!

However, the only thing that I had a little concern is the space in the bathroom is not quite well. The chair kind of blocked the way after I was taking a shower. It was hard to move or put on my clothes in the bathroom. Also, I couldn't recognise which is shampoo and what is a body wash in terms of being an international customer.

Because of coming back late, the light in the room already turned off, I was trying not to make any noice and turned on the torch function on my phone at the same time! Also, the small lamp beside my bed was not working; therefore, I had to do a lot of things in dark.

As a hostel, providing a comfortable place for people to stay is important especially having a place to sleep and take a shower which is more important than anything else. I think it would be beneficial to look at the basic part of customer needs! I hope my experience will be helpful to you! :D

Thanks a lot for your comment and for those suggestions. Guest opinon, experience and comfort is the most important thing to us and we try to improve our services as soon we have such comments. Regarding the bathroom the system will be improved before the summer with better shelves and hooks. Regarding the lamp in your room, we really apologize for that, our team do it best to repair the reading lamps as often as possoble, and obbiously we missed this one. Next time, do not hesistate to ask our 24 hour reception to fix the problem or ask to be moved to another bed/room.

Not bad, the hostel was very nice, but maybe the price was too high for the service actually offered (there is no kitchen!)

Thanks a lot for your comment, we are glad that you enjoyed your Slo living hostel experience. For your information, the price is in the average of France and Lyon hostels market. We do have a small kitchen where guests can you use a microwave, plates, cuttlery, cooking pots, maybe the kitchen was used by the staff for the breakfast or the dinner and you felt it was not available... Sorry for that. See you soon in Lyon !
