The overall experience was really great to be honest!

However, the only thing that I had a little concern is the space in the bathroom is not quite well. The chair kind of blocked the way after I was taking a shower. It was hard to move or put on my clothes in the bathroom. Also, I couldn't recognise which is shampoo and what is a body wash in terms of being an international customer.

Because of coming back late, the light in the room already turned off, I was trying not to make any noice and turned on the torch function on my phone at the same time! Also, the small lamp beside my bed was not working; therefore, I had to do a lot of things in dark.

As a hostel, providing a comfortable place for people to stay is important especially having a place to sleep and take a shower which is more important than anything else. I think it would be beneficial to look at the basic part of customer needs! I hope my experience will be helpful to you! :D

Thanks a lot for your comment and for those suggestions. Guest opinon, experience and comfort is the most important thing to us and we try to improve our services as soon we have such comments. Regarding the bathroom the system will be improved before the summer with better shelves and hooks. Regarding the lamp in your room, we really apologize for that, our team do it best to repair the reading lamps as often as possoble, and obbiously we missed this one. Next time, do not hesistate to ask our 24 hour reception to fix the problem or ask to be moved to another bed/room.

Not bad, the hostel was very nice, but maybe the price was too high for the service actually offered (there is no kitchen!)

Thanks a lot for your comment, we are glad that you enjoyed your Slo living hostel experience. For your information, the price is in the average of France and Lyon hostels market. We do have a small kitchen where guests can you use a microwave, plates, cuttlery, cooking pots, maybe the kitchen was used by the staff for the breakfast or the dinner and you felt it was not available... Sorry for that. See you soon in Lyon !

Tres bon sejour, peut être voir un accord avec le parking d en face..

Bonjour, tout d'abord merci pour votre commentaire et ravi de voir que vous avez passé un excellent séjour au Slo living hostel. Nous avons souhaité mettre en œuvre un accord avec le parking d'en face, malheureusement, au regard du faible nombre de clients utilisant se service de notre part, le gérant du parking n'a pas souhaité reconduire cette offre spéciale. Concernant la réservation pour 6 personnes, il s'agit d'une erreur de notre réception, nous en sommes désolés. Notre réceptionniste a ensuite fait le maximum pour transférer deux clients vers une autre chambre et réparer cette erreur afin de vous garantir un séjour toutes ensemble.

good besides the person stealing in our room (02.04.) so this wasn't too cool

Hello, thanks for your review. We are really sorry for that security problem. Our manager came directly to the hostel after the reception called him. It was the first time in our history that we had a security/thief issue and the guy who did that was a professionnal... The people who have goods stolen went to the police station with us and will be refund. Make sure that security of persons and goods in the hostel and around are a priority for us That's why we invested in electronic keys, free padlocks, lockers, free secured luggage room, camera at the main door. We will add Extra CCTV as soon as possible to prevent this in the future.

Great! Walking distance from the main sites of Lyon, very clean room. Breakfast was very good - only suggestion would be some yoghurt to enjoy with the muesli :) We had a great time!!
