It was a very nice surprise!! beyond of my expectations! It is very beautiful, cozy and modern :-) the guys at the reception are very friendly and one of them also cooked pancakes for breakfast, so it was a nice surprise! I also had dinner there and it was really homemade and very very good. There was a lot of food left so it was a proper all you can eat. It is definately worth to stay at SLO and to have breakfast/dinner there :-) Thanks guys!

Friendly and kind stuff, they give free drink, even though i didn't take breakfast, was in the room for 6 people both women and men, very clean in the room and bathroom,it was quite in the room, the location is 5 min from one of the central metro station

Really lovely hostel, very well designed and decorated, rooms were extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The wine and breakfast I had there were excellent. There is both an indoor and outdoor lounge area, both very artfully done. The location is very central, just a short walk to the center. However, I didn't feel completely comfortable walking around alone after dark as a single woman. That said, it is completely fine during the day, and if I hadn't been staying alone, I would have been fine with it. (Probably I am overly cautious about these things) Regardless of this, I highly recommend this hostel, it is one of the best I've stayed in.

Juste une petite faiblesse : pas de cuisine dans laquelle se faire à manger. Je trouve que ça manque dans une auberge de jeunesse. Sinon : rien à dire !

Lovely hostel, it is off season so I imagine things would be alittle but busier during the summer. But overall, other than the food, the hostel was the great.

I’m sorry the breakfast didn’t please you, the buffet consists in fresh bread and croissant, cereals, pancakes, jam butter, coffee/tea/fruit juices and we recently added fresh fruits (oranges and apples). This is a typical french breakfast with a excellent value for money in Lyon (for example just a croissant and juice and a coffee would cost you 5€ in any coffee shop or bakery).
Maybe there were some items missing that day and we apologize for the inconvenience. Wish to welcome you again soon for a better experience.

Très bonne expérience
dommage peut-être que le personnel ne mette rien en place (jeu, soirée) pour animer l'ambiance et faire se rencontrer les personnes logeant à l'hostel

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre expérience au SLO Living Hostel.
Concernant les événements mis en place pour animer l’ambiance, cela dépend vraiment de la période de l'année (Janvier et Février étant des mois un peu plus calmes). Dans tous les cas nous faisons notre maximum pour organiser des repas, des activités, dégustation de vins… Il me semble d’ailleurs qu’un repas à eu lieu le dimanche durant votre séjour ;) ! A bientôt peut être sur Lyon et bonne continuation !
