Administrator Marie are so charming and hospitable – she assisted me to book the hostel and choose the rooms, and another administrator, unfortunately I forget his name (tall dark-haired man in the glasses) is very attentive, he also advised me several nice places in Lyon for sightseeing. They both are the most hospitable people among personnel. Overall staff is polite and good. Thank you.
