Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire un retour ; nous sommes ravi·e·s que vous ayez passé un doux et sympathique séjour en notre compagnie !
Concernant les tarifs de notre hostel, ils sont plus élevés que le restant de l'année en ces mois de septembre / octobre, car il se trouve que Lyon accueille en ce moment une partie des matchs de la coupe du monde de rugby 2023 (cela a tendance à faire augmenter le nombre de touristes sur Lyon et par conséquent le nombre de réservations ...). Par la suite, à propos de l'eau sur le sol des salle de bain, il n'y a certes pas de caillebotis, mais nous vous encourageons vivement à utiliser les raclettes que nous laissons à disposition dans toutes nos salles de bain pour remédier à cela !
A la prochaine fois dans l'un de nos hostels !

A good hostel to stay for a night or two. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean facilities and safe storage lockers.

Overall satisfactory. I did feel the beds could have more privacy. For example I never saw my dorm unless it was in the dark. My light at bed would illuminate the whole room rather than just for my bed. Which I never wanted to use as didnt wish to wake anyone. Therefore it was struggle getting into top bunk and organising bags etc in complete darkness. Noise from construction early morning disrupted my sleep everyday bit o understand is out of hostels control.

The dorms are shared and sometimes, depending on the guests you share the place with, it is true that the experience can be affected. Regarding the light, you could have turned it on, they are made for that because you can move the intensity on your bed. For the dormitory, next time don't hesitate to talk about it with other guests or ask for help at reception.

My experience in the hostel has been good. Mainly the Hostel is properly situated closed to the train station and also to the city center. The neighbourhood where it is placed is not insecure during the day. The staff of the hostel is friendly and helpfull.
