Very hospitable. Staff took extra precautions for health (sterilizing kitchen dishes). Commitment to composting and recycling exceptional for hostels. Willing to assist us with any questions, challenges (printing out tickets; directions, booking a walking tour, area grocery stores, etc.) And the baked goods were wonderful! Communications were very prompt via email. They really went the extra mile in many ways.

The hostel was great, the staff were welcoming and the common areas were lovely. The dorm was comfortable and the location was convenient to the metro.

Regarding the Wi-FI, our provider had a big cut while you were staying in our hostel. Fortunately they solved it in a few hours, however the back up Wi-Fi we set in the mean time was not powerful enough to reach the top floor of the hostel. We are very sorry about that.

En ce qui concerne le bruit dans les chambres, il est malheureusement possible de mal tomber (mais il y a de fortes chances pour aussi très bien tomber !!). Quoiqu'il en soit, nous mettons à disposition de toustes des boules quies/ bouchons d'oreille afin de vous permettre de passer un très bonne nuit quand même !

déçu par l'odeur de moisi qui plane dans la chambre

Au sujet de l'odeur de moisi, je suis vraiment désolée que vous ayez dû faire face à cette situation. Cela ne nous est (heureusement!) jamais arrivé avant et depuis le lendemain de votre départ l'odeur en question n'est plus revenue. Nous sommes vraiment désolé·e·s que cela soit tombé sur vous… Nous espérons vous revoir dans notre hostel pour profiter d'une expérience parfaitement satisfaisante cette fois !

Very clean, cozy and friendly hostel. It is very easy to socialize (that's what hostels are about after all) and the mixed rooms are lovely, cozy and clean. Nice garden to hang out.
