Très bon expérience avec un très bon accueil. Une petite chose à améliorer: le nombre de toilettes et de douches fait qu'il est difficile d'en trouver une de libre le matin.

Lors de moins séjour, un membre du personnel n'a pas su répondre à ma demande.
Il s'agissait d'une personne récemment rentrée en fonction qui a avoué ne pas avoir encore été formée pour répondre à ma demande. Si elle avait reçu toutes les informations dont elle avait besoin, je crois qu'elle aurait pu mieux assumer son poste.

The first nights I spent in a mixed dorm with 4 beds. The base of the bunk bed was made of wood, so everytime that the person in the top of the bunk bed moved it made a lot of noise during the night which became difficult to sleep some times... One of the nights some of the guest were quite loud after midnight. I stayed in a 8 bed female dorm and the structure of the bunk beds was a HUGE improvement. I slept much better there, and if I knew that were these differences I would try to change my reservation to stay there earlier.

Generally it was great. Stuffs and facilities were enough. But the problem about noise at midnight was disturbing. Someone was chilling in the garden, which is nice, but their volume disturbed a lot. Atmosphere in the SLO is great, music also. WC was quite clean. But just in my bed (no 4 bed 1) there wasn't any shelf differently from the other beds. It was a problem because the electricity plug was just under my head and as you guess it can create a danger. Also, it wasn't good for my cable because it created damage.
