Not good, managed about 3 hours sleep and not continuous

We are very sorry that you were significantly disturbed by noise and cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms during your stay, preventing you from getting a restful night's sleep. We are also sorry for the reduced ventilation and obstructed view due to the construction work. We take your concerns about the no-smoking policy seriously, as the well-being of all our guests is very important to us.
We are pleased to hear that you generally appreciated the convenient location and cleanliness of our hotel. However, we are all the more sorry that this is the second time you have had a negative experience, despite having stayed with us several times before.
