Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl im Solthus. Es ist ruhig und freundlich. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man schnell in Baabe, Sellin oder Göhren. Es wird viel Wert auf einen gutes passendes Gesamtkonzept gelegt. Es wird regelmäßig renoviert, umgebaut, erneuert. Es fühlt sich alles stimmig an.
