Very good, I was really pleasantly surprised with the complimentary croissants and coffee, and as the most valuable experience I really appreciated that I was able to use the room earlier than the official check-in time. My plan was just to leave the suitcase at reception and to check in later in the day after I finished my tour around Berlin, but the girl at the reception was really nice and gave me the key to the room at 11 o’clock.

Alles war minimal und perfekt

Minimal und perfekt – besser kann man unser Konzept eigentlich kaum auf den Punkt bringen. 😊
Und bei 100 % gibt es auch von unserer Seite nicht viel hinzuzufügen, außer: Ein großes Dankeschön und hoffentlich bis ganz bald wieder in Berlin!

Gute Lage zur U-Bahn oder Buslinien. Kurfürstendamm in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Einfach klasse.

„Einfach klasse“ – das nehmen wir doch sehr gerne! 😊 Und ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön für die lieben Worte über unser Team. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle – genau so möchten wir für unsere Gäste da sein.
Mit U-Bahn und Bus fast vor der Tür und dem Ku’damm nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt, lässt sich Berlin von hier aus tatsächlich ziemlich bequem erobern.
Vielen Dank für 96 % und hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Mal am Wittenbergplatz!

Friendly staff, liked the small bar and breakfast offerings.

Und unser kleines Croissant-und-Kaffee-Konzept hat Sie also positiv überrascht – genau so soll es sein. Manchmal braucht es morgens eben gar nicht viel für einen guten Start in den Berliner Tag.

War alles okay

Vielen Dank für Ihre schöne Bewertung – 96 % und so viel Lob für unser Team, das lesen wir natürlich sehr gern!
Und die Schuhlöffel – schöne Idee! Einwegvarianten möchten wir möglichst vermeiden. Der Versuch mit hochwertigeren, langlebigen Modellen auf den Zimmern war allerdings auch nur bedingt von Langlebigkeit geprägt – wenn auch aus einem ganz anderen Grund. Irgendwie haben Schuhlöffel im Hotel nämlich die erstaunliche Angewohnheit, mit der Zeit Beine zu bekommen. 😉 Vielleicht wäre eine Variante zum Ausleihen an der Rezeption die bessere Lösung. Wir denken noch einmal darüber nach – danke für den Anstoß!
Ansonsten klingt es ganz so, als hätten Sie sich bei uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Genau so soll es sein. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in Berlin!
