super, ruhige Lage, freundlicher Service und Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit ungewöhnlich großzügig bemessen Zimmern. Sehr schön sind auch die unterschiedlich gestalteten Sitzecken in der Lobby.

Großartig dass man Raucherzimmer verlässlich buchen kann.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und das Lob für unsere Lage – das freut uns sehr. Es stimmt, unsere Raucherzimmer gehören zur Pure Kategorie und sind daher nicht mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Wer einen Kühlschrank wünscht, kann ein Zimmer der Pure Plus Kategorie buchen – diese ist jedoch komplett rauchfrei. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie trotzdem zufrieden waren. It was pretty good! I stayed for 3 nights and it was only 260€ which is around 85 a night which is cheap these days! The location was great as it was near a metro station. The staff were also lovely and helped me. The room was so spacious (then again I was 1 person in a double room) Only thing that annoyed me was the keys it might be just my own stupidity and lack of experience with keys but I found the doors hard to open. It might also be a safety concern that the keys have the hotels name and room number on them so if lost it could fall into the wrong hands.

В целом, отлично. Из минуса ещё при открытии окна сильный шум с улицы. Если бы был кондиционер, было бы замечательно

Спасибо за ваш честный отзыв! Да, при открытом окне с улицы бывает шумно — город живёт своей жизнью. Если вы предпочитаете тишину, рекомендуем категорию Pure Plus — номера выходят во двор, там спокойнее, и там есть небольшая кухня с холодильником. Кондиционера у нас нет, но мы предлагаем вентиляторы. А пыль и батарея — не по стандарту, мы уже передали это нашей службе уборки. Спасибо за внимательность. Надеемся увидеть вас снова. The hotel was perfect my trip to Berlin. Staff were friendly & welcoming, hotel was very central, clean & safe. The area was quiet.
