Leider nicht mehr das alte Gebäude, Lobby recht einfach, Zimmer etwas kleiner, aber gut, Lage top, Personal freundlich

Hallo und willkommen zurück im neuen alten Berliner Sorat Hotel. Da freut es uns besonders zu erfahren, dass Ihnen das neue Konzept auch sehr gut gefällt. Ja, stimmt, wir mussten uns verschlanken. Very good. Perhaps the breakfast could be a bit more varied but other than that it is a lovely hotel and the staff are great!

We are pleased that you had a good time with us. Wonderful to hear about that. Thank you also for your suggestions - let us just say: you can pick up fresh or extra towels at the reception desk at any time, they are ready for you there. Our Grab&Go breakfast with a selection of fresh croissants and coffee is available to our guests free of charge to give a good start to the day. You can enjoy a hearty breakfast in one of the many cafés or restaurants just around the corner. Our breakfast guide will help you find your way around and, of course, so will our team - they have the best tips.

Gutes sauberes Hotel mit zentraler Lage

Vielen Dank für Ihr gutes Feedback. Es tut uns Leid zu lesen, dass Ihr individueller Schlafkomfort gelitten hat, vielleicht war Ihnen die Matratze zu weich. Durchgelegen kann Sie nach gerade mal 1,5 Jahren seit der Komplettrenovierung eher nicht sein... Wir schauen es uns an, Danke für den Hinweis. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist o.k.

HalliHallo - es ist immer wieder schön, Sie als Gast bei uns zu haben. Unsere Croissants stammen immer vom gleichen regionalen Berlin-Bäcker - vielleicht waren Sie die letzten Male so früh auf den Beinen, dass die Croissants frisch aus der Backstube noch warm waren? Ein altes Sprichwort sagt ja auch: Der frühe Vogel fängt das warme Croissant... ;-)
Wir haben die Auswahl erweitert neben Butter- und Laugencroissants, gibt es seit Neuestem auch noch leckere Schokocroissants - mmmhh, lecker, da muss man sich schon arg zusammenreißen, damit das kleine Frühstück nicht in Völlerei endet :-)
