I stayed in the Sorat in 2019 and from what I recall, breakfast was on offer at quite a high price which was really the only let down. This time, I was pleased to see that croissants and hot drinks were included in the price of the room - a simple breakfast but just what we needed. It was also pleasing to see that there was a kettle and hot drink supplies in the room, something lacking from the airport hotel we stayed in the previous night.

We will definitely stay at the Sorat again, it's just a great place to stay in central Berlin

Salut und vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben – auch wenn wir bedauern, dass Ihr Eindruck von Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht positiver ausgefallen ist.
Wir können gut nachvollziehen, dass ein Hotelaufenthalt zu einem Großereignis wie dem DFB-Pokalfinale in Berlin das Reisebudget stärker beanspruchen kann als zu anderen Zeiten. Die erhöhte Nachfrage zu solchen Events führt stadtweit zu angepassten Preisen – das betrifft nahezu alle Hotels, unabhängig von Lage oder Kategorie.
Unsere Zimmer bewegen sich mit 18 bis 25 Quadratmetern im üblichen Größenbereich für Stadthotels dieser Kategorie und sind so konzipiert, dass sie Funktionalität und Komfort auf engem Raum vereinen. Es tut uns leid, wenn Ihre Erwartungen hier nicht ganz erfüllt wurden.
Vielleicht dürfen wir Ihnen für eine zukünftige Berlin-Reise einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der großen Eventzeiträume empfehlen – die Stadt bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit spannende Erlebnisse, oft bei entspannteren Konditionen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders geschätzt die Nähe zu ÖV und das Raucherzimmer.

Lamentamos sinceramente que nuestro desayuno y el servicio de limpieza no hayan cumplido del todo con sus expectativas. Permítanos ofrecerle una pequeña explicación:
Nuestro desayuno "grab and go" es un servicio gratuito que ofrecemos a todos nuestros huéspedes, disponible cada día de 7:00 a 11:00 en el lobby. Servimos tres variedades de croissants recién horneados, café filtrado y, para los amantes del café, una máquina profesional que prepara especialidades como espresso, cappuccino o latte macchiato. También ofrecemos una cuidada selección de tés — ¡nueve tipos diferentes! ¿Es posible que el té se le haya pasado por alto?
Con respecto a la limpieza, nos gustaría comentarle que nuestro equipo realiza la limpieza de las habitaciones cada tres días. Este ritmo no es casual: forma parte de nuestro concepto, con el objetivo principal de cuidar la salud y la carga laboral de nuestro personal. Es un aspecto que nos tomamos muy en serio y que forma parte de nuestro compromiso como empleador responsable. Como efecto adicional —aunque no es el motivo principal— se reduce también el consumo de productos de limpieza y agua, lo cual naturalmente beneficia al medio ambiente.
Entendemos, por supuesto, que este enfoque puede no coincidir con las expectativas de todos nuestros huéspedes. Si su valoración se refiere a este ritmo de limpieza, lamentamos que no haya sido de su agrado. Si, en cambio, se trató de un descuido o problema concreto de limpieza, le pedimos disculpas sinceramente. En ese caso, le agradeceríamos mucho que nos lo comunicara directamente durante su estancia, para poder resolverlo de inmediato y mejorar su experiencia en el momento.
Y por cierto: toallas frescas están siempre disponibles en recepción, en cualquier momento.
