Veeeeery slow check-in procedure, but helpful staff.The room is fine, spacious enough, with a large shower, but the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable when outside are 30+ degrees C.

We totally understand your concerns about the missing air conditioning, especially on those hot summer days. Unfortunately, our hotel doesn’t have AC, but we provide fans in the rooms to help a little. Maybe next time, have a look at our pure plus category – with extra comfort (but still no AC). Preiswert, einfache Zimmer, weniger geht nicht.
Aber man wird am Telefon und persönlich an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen. Das prägt dir generelle Atmosphäre des Hotels

Genau das macht unser unkompliziertes Konzept aus. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist bei uns bewusst reduziert – aber sprechen Sie uns jederzeit an, wenn Sie etwas brauchen. Die „mysteriösen Fäden“ besprechen wir mit unseren Ladies vom Housekeeping. Danke für den Hinweis. Wenn Sie Ihren nächsten Besuch planen und ein ruhigeres Zimmer bevorzugen, dann empfehlen wir Ihnen gern ein ruhiges Zimmer zur Hofseite. Great but in summer it would better air conditioner and a small fridge in every room

We do provide fans in the rooms, but we know that’s not quite the same. Maybe for your next visit, one of our Pure Plus rooms would be a good option? The hotel was very conveniently located to Ubahn and around the corner from supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend the location. The complimentary coffee, tea and croissants were lovely. The room was very clean and had tea making facilities also. The only concern was lack of air conditioning- we were there on a week of extremely high temperatures.
