Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Salut und lieben Dank für Ihre ausführliche Rückmeldung. Es freut uns sehr zu lesen, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben. Wir halten in den Zimmern eine Grundtemperatur, der Heizkörper sollte im Winter nie ganz ausgedreht sein. Das war vielleicht ein Gast, der Hitze hatte :-) Leider scheinen wir das übersehen zu haben, Ihre Rückmeldung ist eine gute Gelegenheit, das Team noch einmal zu sensibilisieren - vielen Dank für den Hinweis. Wir hoffen, die Heizung hat den Raum dann schnell behaglich gemacht? Beim nächsten Mal passen wir besser auf, versprochen :-)

Good room perfect location, room was somewhat noisy

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We agree, we truly have a fantastic location. However, it seems some elements throughout your stay fell below your expectations. Our pure rooms indeed are facing the street side. However next time you are with us, with 100 rooms in the hotel we are certain we will have a perfect room for you. Maybe one of our pure plus rooms facing an inner courtyard.
