Tres décevante et insupportable, l’hôtel a vraiment gâcher une partie de notre séjour
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to share your feedback, which helps us constantly improve.
We regret to hear that you encountered inconvenience regarding the bed arrangement upon your arrival. After consulting with our reception staff, we must admit that we made an error by not clarifying your prior request at check-in. However, we offered a room change, which you accepted, and you were able to move to a room with a proper double bed. Ensuring the comfort and peaceful stay of our Guests is our top priority, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding the bathroom extractor fans, they operate on a timer, which means that after the bathroom light is turned off, they continue to run for an additional 10-15 minutes to fully remove any steam before shutting off automatically. The issue with the refrigerator was valid, and our maintenance staff has since replaced it. Additionally, after consulting with our housekeeping team, we were informed that the bed linens were changed as per your request.
As for the utensils left in your room, we would like to clarify that it is prohibited to take food, drinks, or utensils out of the breakfast area. This is why our staff collected the items from your room. Regarding the breakfast service, it is available to our Guests between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The food is kept warm throughout the entire breakfast period using chafing dishes, which include items such as boiled eggs, sausages, and other hot dishes. Our staff ensures the continuous replenishment of food during this time.
Regarding your claim about waiting 10 minutes to be let into the hotel, we have spoken with our reception team, who informed us that this statement is not accurate. For safety reasons, the main entrance doors are locked at night, but our receptionist opened the door for you immediately upon seeing you, allowing you to enter the building without delay.
We are truly sorry that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. However, we sincerely hope that you will choose our hotel again during your next visit to Budapest, giving us the opportunity to restore your trust in us.
