Very confortable and the Staff at the reception were amazing.

We are, however, sorry to learn that your stay was not entirely satisfactory.
Please allow us to draw your attention to the fact that our reception is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and our team is always happy to assist our Guests — including arranging a possible room change whenever occupancy allows.

Beyond this, we have also discussed your comments with the relevant departments to ensure greater attention is paid to room cleanliness, even higher levels of courtesy towards our Guests, and to improving the variety of our breakfast selection.
