The room was spacious and very clean, the whole hotel was very clean, I was seeing the cleaning ladies cleaning every single day. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. The bathroom's shower cabin was too small and it was really hard to get into it and also you can hit yourself when trying to shave. Good thing is that the room has AC which was very helpful during the July heat. Location of the hotel is nearby the city centre if you jump on a public transport. Best thing is that when going back form the city centre - the trolley stops right in front of the hotel, you just have to cross the street.

This recognition means a great deal to our housekeeping team. We are also glad that the air conditioning and the trolleybus stopping directly outside made your stay more convenient.

We are sorry that the compact design of the shower enclosure made it difficult and uncomfortable to use. Your comment has been recorded for consideration in future refurbishment plans.

Your experience with the coffee, pastries and fruit also falls below the standard we expect. We have shared your specific suggestions with the relevant team, including reviewing our pastry supplier and coffee machine and providing an additional toaster. We hope that, on a future visit, our breakfast and room comfort will match the positive impression created by our cleanliness and service.
