First and foremost we would like to thank you for choosing the Star City Hotel*** and thank you very much for your honest feedback.
However we are sorry to hear that you left our hotel with negative feelings. We strive to provide our Guests with the most positive experience possible, and we are continuously working to ensure that similar experiences do not occur in the future. Therefore, please allow us to extend our sincerest apologies.
Regarding the cleaning, our housekeeping department cleans the rooms on a daily basis. However, for environmental reasons, towels are only replaced if guests indicate this by placing them on the floor.
We regret that you had fewer opportunities for relaxation, compounded by the noise from the street. This is inevitable, as one of the main advantages of our hotel is its proximity to the city center, and it is unavoidable that the small, fleeting moments of urban life seep into the building.
Since the comfort of our Guests is our highest priority, including the quality of breakfast, We agree that our colleagues acted improperly and we have forwarded the complaint to the relevant departments to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
