We are a couple with two children and really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Starcity! Breakfast was available for almost 3 hours in the morning! So no rush in wake up early the morning. Very happy to give them high ratings in maintenance, service and food etc.

We are truly sorry for this situation, which is particularly unfortunate for us as well, since our Guests’ comfort and ensuring that they leave our hotel with a positive experience is of the utmost importance to us.
With this in mind, we came to the decision to relocate your reservation to one of our partner hotels. Due to an unforeseen technical issue that could not be resolved before your arrival - despite our best efforts until the very last moment - we were unable to accommodate you in our property. Therefore, we offered to transfer your reservation, at no additional cost, to our newly renovated sister hotel, where you were accommodated under the same conditions: same room category and breakfast included in the price.
We informed you of this relocation earlier in the day, in order to avoid any further inconvenience after your long journey, and to ensure that upon your arrival you could immediately check in at the designated hotel.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for this regrettable situation. Please be assured that our decision was made in good faith, with the sole purpose of safeguarding your comfort and overall Guest experience.
We would be delighted to welcome you back to our hotel in the future under better circumstances, giving us the chance to provide you with the truly positive stay.
