Buono, ottimo. SIamo rimasti Sodfisfatti di Milena alla reception, gentile, garbata, disponibile, sempre sorridente soprattutto ha risolto un problema importante, infatti avevamo dimenticato un farmaco importante sull'aereo, e lei si è impegnata fin quando lo abbiamo recuperato in aeroporto..grazie cancora Milena

Son unos ESTAFADORES.
Nos quedamos en el hotel y todo bien, hasta que el segundo día, bajamos a desayunar y cuando subimos ya nos habían limpiado la habitación. Después de que viniera el servicio de habitaciones apareció un corte de 20 cm en la cortina y un agujero, perfecto, que parecía hecho con tijeras en la parte baja de la otra cortina.
El hotel nos obligó a pagar la reparación después de insistirles que nosotros NO HABÍAMOS HECHO NADA, eran dos agujeros que a no ser que les clavaras algo era imposible hacerlos.
Se aprovecharon de que éramos una pareja joven y de otro país para forzarnos a pagar, dado que ellos tenían la llave de la habitación y si no no podíamos coger nuestras cosas.
Cuando intentamos explicarles lo sucedido las recepcionistas, ya que hablamos con dos, fueron muy poco empaticas y no nos pusieron soluciones, nos hablaron de mala gana y solo nos decían que pagáramos.
Nos dijeron que abrirían una investigación sobre las cortinas, pero claro, después de que pagáramos.
Es muy difícil de explicar la impotencia y la frustración que sentimos en el momento.
Repito, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES Y UNOS MENTIROSOS.

First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel.
At the same time, we regret the situation you experienced. It is important to clarify that, according to our housekeeping policy, our team prioritizes the cleaning of departing rooms first. Naturally, upon Guest request, we can prioritize occupied rooms; however, as you did not make such a request, and the housekeeping staff member who cleaned your room in the afternoon first reported the curtain damage to the reception at 13:44 in the afternoon, the claim that your room was cleaned during breakfast hours is not accurate.
Regarding Guest-caused damage, we have predefined charges that apply in all cases, and the responsible Guest is required to cover these costs, regardless of whether they are young or old, domestic or international. We do not and cannot make exceptions.
Furthermore, our staff has no right under any circumstances to touch or handle our Guests' personal belongings, nor do they have any authority over them. No exceptions are made to this rule.
We regret that you left our hotel with a negative impression, but we do not consider the accusations against us to be justified.
We sincerely hope that you will choose our hotel again in the future, giving us the opportunity to restore your trust in our services.
