Nagyon jó helyen van, ár érték arányban kiválló.

Megnyugvással tölt el minket, hogy ilyen pozitív élménnyel gazdagodott hotelünkben töltött pihenése során.

Kiemelt motivációt jelent számunkra, hogy a hotelünket ár érték arányban kiválónak találta. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésünkkel kapcsolatos véleménye megosztását örömmel olvassuk. Kétágyas szobát foglaltunk a képek alapján, de olyan szobát kaptunk, ahol két kis szoba volt két egyes ággyal (207), de olyan fáradtak voltunk, hogy nem akartuk oldani. Ha volt normál kétágyas szoba még elérhető, akkor egy házaspárnak miért nem azt adnak automatikusan, ha viszont már elfogytak, akkor tudassák, mielőtt levonják a pénzt, hogy eldönthessem, hogy akarom-e azt a szobát, amit nem kértem. Az rendben van, hogy a fürdőszoba nem új, azon nehéz változtatni, de akkor legyen szappan a zuhanyban, és a mosdónál is működjön (úgy kellett kimásznom a zuhanyból a táskámhoz tusfüdőért).

Megtiszteltetés számunkra, hogy időt szánva értékeltek minket szállodánkban szerzett tapasztalatukról.

Mindenekelőtt hálásak vagyunk azért, hogy lehetőségünk adódott fogadni Önöket, és hogy a mi hotelünket választották.

Visszajelzésük nagy segítséget jelent számunkra, mivel ezek alapján tudjuk fejleszteni szolgáltatásainkat, és várhatóan még jobb élményt nyújthatunk kedves Vendégeinknek.

Emellett sajnálattal szembesülünk afelől, hogy nem tett eleget elvárásaiknak a kapott szoba típusa, hiszen Önök egy franciaágyas szobát szerettek volna.

Igyekszünk a jövőben még fokozottabb figyelemben részesíteni a szobák elosztását, viszont sajnálatos módon előfordulhatnak olyan ritka esetek, amikor a foglaltságunk nem minden esetben engedi minden szobakérés teljesülését. Ezen a jövőben dolgozni fogunk, hogy minden vendégünk igényét maximálisan kielégítsük.

Köszönjük szépen észrevételeit a szappanadagolóval kapcsolatban, és elnézést kérünk a tapasztalt kellemetlenségekért. Minden felvetett problémát kivizsgálunk és orvosolunk.

Reméljük, hogy a jövőben még egyszer lehetőségünk lesz vendégül látni Önöket.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro 2 e 4, zona tranquilla e comoda x spostarsi con i mezzi, noi ci siamo mosse benissimo. Personale gentile.

The public transport near our property is quite advantageous for our Guests, Keleti Station abounds in trolleys, trains, buses and metro connections.
