A big disappointment.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel, as your feedback helps us continuously improve. Our primary goal is to ensure that our Guests have the most complete and enjoyable stay possible, so we are truly sorry to hear that you left with some concerns.
Regarding room sizes, we offer single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms to accommodate the needs of all our guests, whether they are solo travelers or entire families. In any case, our reception staff is always open to finding solutions without compromise, including room upgrades, as Guest satisfaction is our top priority.
We regret that you may have found a hair on the bedsheet, as cleanliness and disinfection are of utmost importance to us. Additionally, we would like to assure you that lactose-free products are naturally part of our breakfast selection, just like traditional dairy products. It is possible that our staff did not replenish these items quickly enough, and we sincerely apologize for this.
All of these concerns have been forwarded to the respective departments to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future.
