First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us.
We sincerely regret that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. The size and layout of our rooms may vary even within the same category, which can sometimes result in different experiences.
Whenever an issue arises, we strive to address it immediately, as the comfort of our Guests is of utmost importance to us. As you experienced, our reception desk is available 24 hours a day; however, we deeply regret that our colleague attempted to resolve the situation with an attitude that did not meet our expected standards.
This matter has been addressed directly, and we have made it clear that such behaviour does not reflect the quality and service philosophy we aim to uphold as part of the Mellow Mood Hotels group. We trust that similar situations will not occur in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Your remarks regarding breakfast have also been forwarded to the department manager, with particular attention to the timely replenishment of items. In addition, we are making efforts to refresh and further enhance our selection in order to provide an even more varied and enjoyable breakfast experience for our valued Guests.
