From the first impression with the taxi that didnt came the overall experiance was bad..
First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to share your experience with us in such detail.
We were sorry to read that the circumstances surrounding your arrival caused inconvenience to you. However, we would like to clarify that although our hotel does offer airport transfer services for our Guests, this service is available exclusively for an additional fee and is not automatically included in the accommodation booking. The details and conditions of this service are indicated during the reservation process via the Booking.com system. We kindly ask you to review the details of your accommodation booking, as well as any additional services that may have been requested simultaneously, through your Booking.com reservation confirmation.
Following your check-in, our reception colleague immediately contacted the driver concerned, who informed us that he had arrived at the airport prior to the landing of your flight and had waited at the designated meeting point for approximately 40 additional minutes. Based on the information available to us, unfortunately the meeting nevertheless did not take place.
At the same time, we would also like to point out that the transfer service constitutes a separate service from the accommodation reservation itself and, in certain cases, is operated through external partners. Consequently, the investigation and handling of complaints related to such services primarily fall within the responsibility of the respective service provider or the booking intermediary concerned.
Taking all of the above into consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to waive or refund the accommodation charges.
