Lobby looks nice, otherwise older hotel. Not bad but ratio prize:quality could be better.

Nagyon jo szallas, finom reggelivel. A szobak szepen vannak berendezve, modern butorokkal.

The room was a bit small. But bed and pillows were very comfortable.. The fridge was not working the whole 4days that we stayed

The worsest hotel I have ever had.

We relish the opportunity to discuss experiences directly with our guests during their time with us, especially if things are ever not as expected so we have the opportunity to remedy things immediately. Failing that, through direct correspondence, but either way we may then address any concerns in a personal manner.
I would be grateful if you would share with us what was your problem with the location? You also mentioned the lack of heating in the room. I can assure you that due to the current weather, the heating is still working our hotel, in this case I would like to know that in which room you were in? We wish we had known about it before you checked out of the hotel so that the problems could have rectified while you were with us.

Byli jsme spokojeni s cenou, polohou, bohatostí snídaně, pokojem, přístupem zaměstnanců...Odjížděli jsme naprosto spokojeni.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very responsive. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but there is a very convenient transportation and is easily reached by metro to the center. I would recommend the hotel to friends. Thank you!
