Melania at the reception was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She helped us sort the air conditioning in our room which was not working. Nothing was a problem she could not resolve. She gave us water with ice when we collected our bags - consistently went above and beyond.

Had a very pleasant stay. We dealt with different members of staff at the front desk over the weekend and they were all very friendly and helpful, even printing out a googlemaps route showing the journey to our destinations, via public transport. The only negative points were 1. In the bathroom, the holder for the shower head was broken, which meant that you had to hold it in your hand while showering and 2) There was a strip of aluminium edging across the bottom of the bathroom doorway, which I didn't notice until I accidentally hit it, hurting my toe.

Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, a szoba tisztasága is megfelelő volt, bár takarításnál érdemes az ágy alá is benézni😉.
A zárt parkolót nehezen találtuk meg. Térképet kaptunk, de odaérve, egyáltalán nem volt egyértelmű, hogy ez az a zárt parkoló. Ezeket leszámítva, csak jó tapasztalataink voltak, a személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt.

Köszönjük, hogy a Star City Hotel***-t választotta és megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait.

Örömmel olvassuk, hogy alapvetően elégedettek voltak, különösen a szoba tisztaságával, a friss reggelivel, valamint a Személyzet segítőkészségével. Külön köszönjük, hogy kiemelte a gluténérzékenyekre való figyelmet, hiszen fontos számunkra, hogy minden Vendégünk számára bőséges választékot biztosítsunk.

I only stayed for one night but the hotel staff were very friendly especially Ms. Meléna who attended to all my needs even after checkout
Although the room was very small but it jad everything
Only one thing wasn't nice is the pillow which was uncomfortable
