It was very pleasant, my room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they spoke good English as my Hungarian is very poor.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our hotel.
Your feedback is always a valuable foundation for our continuous improvement.

We are, however, sorry to learn that your stay was not entirely satisfactory.
Please allow us to draw your attention to the fact that our reception is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and our team is always happy to assist our Guests — including arranging a possible room change whenever occupancy allows.

Beyond this, we have also discussed your comments with the relevant departments to ensure greater attention is paid to room cleanliness, even higher levels of courtesy towards our Guests, and to improving the variety of our breakfast selection.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Once again, thank you for taking the time and effort to share your honest impressions with us. We truly hope that should you return to Budapest in the future, you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and restore your confidence in our services.
