I only stayed for one night but the hotel staff were very friendly especially Ms. Meléna who attended to all my needs even after checkout
Although the room was very small but it jad everything
Only one thing wasn't nice is the pillow which was uncomfortable

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank You for choosing Star City Hotel*** and for taking the time to share your experience with us.

We are very pleased to hear that our Team made your short stay comfortable and continued to assist You even after checkout. Furthermore, it is great to know that You found the room well-equipped and enjoyed our breakfast. While the room size met your needs, we regret that the pillow did not provide the expected comfort, your comment has been noted for our continuous improvements.

It would be a pleasure to have another opportunity to host You again in the nearest future.

A szálloda minden alkalmazottja valami különösen szívélyes, kedves.
