Örömmel olvassuk, hogy jól érezték magukat nálunk, és külön köszönjük, hogy kiemelte a tisztaságot, a segítőkészséget, valamint Személyzetünk udvariasságát. Nagy öröm számunkra, hogy kellemes benyomást tudtunk kelteni.

A reggelire vonatkozó javaslatát köszönjük szépen, szállodánk reggeli kínálatában szerepelnek friss zöldségek, mint például paprika, paradicsom és uborka. Ugyanakkor külön figyelmet fordítunk arra, hogy ezek folyamatosan elérhetők legyenek a reggeli ideje alatt, és javaslata alapján erre még fokozottabban ügyelni fogunk.

We were sorry to learn, however, that you chose not to use our services due to the issues you mentioned.
Please allow us to clarify that cleanliness is one of our top priorities. We make every effort to ensure our Guests arrive to a spotless environment. Of course, mistakes can still happen, but in such cases, we are always open to finding a solution and do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. This includes, for example, offering a room change when necessary – subject to availability, though we always aim to accommodate such requests.
Regarding the bathroom supplies you mentioned: the toilet paper is available from the wall-mounted dispensers located next to the toilets, and we provide liquid soap in dispensers installed by the sinks. Additionally, other items such as bar soap, slippers, or extra toiletries are available upon request at the reception. While these are not part of the standard bathroom setup, we are happy to provide them free of charge when requested by our Guests.
Despite the above, we exceptionally accept your complaint request. At the same time, we truly hope that during your next stay in Budapest you will give our hotel another chance, and we will have the opportunity to regain your trust.
