Aranyosak voltak a recepcios csajok.

Tisztelettel,
Star City Hotel*** Csapata

A big disappointment.

Dear Valued Guest,

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel, as your feedback helps us continuously improve. Our primary goal is to ensure that our Guests have the most complete and enjoyable stay possible, so we are truly sorry to hear that you left with some concerns.

Regarding room sizes, we offer single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms to accommodate the needs of all our guests, whether they are solo travelers or entire families. In any case, our reception staff is always open to finding solutions without compromise, including room upgrades, as Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We regret that you may have found a hair on the bedsheet, as cleanliness and disinfection are of utmost importance to us. Additionally, we would like to assure you that lactose-free products are naturally part of our breakfast selection, just like traditional dairy products. It is possible that our staff did not replenish these items quickly enough, and we sincerely apologize for this.

All of these concerns have been forwarded to the respective departments to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future.

We hope that you will choose us again on another occasion, giving us the opportunity to restore your trust in us.

With kind regards,
Star City Hotel***

Everything was really good in the hotel, even the location is very good! I would ask you to have teapot in the room and would be nice to have smoking area (at least 1 at the floor).

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank You for choosing Star City Hotel*** and taking the time to share your exceptional feedback related to your experiences!

It brought us great joy to hear our facilities could suit your needs, including the location, breakfast and cleanliness. We believe these aspects are essential for a comfortable stay, and it is reassuring to know we managed to deliver value alongside our services. However, we appreciate You bringing the benefit of a teapot to our attention. Let us sincerely inform You that kettle is available at the Reception upon request, so please feel free to contact us if You are interested in amenities.

In addition, thank You for sharing your thoughts about providing a smoking area in each floor. While we are a strictly non-smoking establishment in line with Hungarian regulations, we would like to ensure your comfort, so we have a designated smoking area conveniently located outside in front of the hotel.

We would like to thank You again for your choice on us, and we look forward to another opportunity to host You in the future.
