Buena experiencia, personal super atento, me prestaron toallas para los baños termales (bajo depósito). La habitación grande, cama cómoda, silencioso. El baño correcto y buena limpieza. La única sugerencia, encender la calefaccion del baño y que se pudiera bajar un poco la calefaccion del cuarto. Eché de menos una maquina para hacer te en la habitacion.

Örömünkre szolgál, hogy hotelünk elnyerte tetszését, és ezen belül a szolgáltatásainkkal kapcsolatban is meg volt elégedve. Better and more clean than suspected when standing outside on the dirty streets. Staff was friendly and polite. I however do not like that we got an expensive private car service when we were just requesting a taxi to the airport. It was over 50% more expensive than normal taxi plus the driver wanted cash which we didn't have and caused problems having to take out money at the airport ATM which is even more expensive with bad exchange rate. Didn't like that process at all when we were in a hurry and had problems to find ATM.
