Mindenekelőtt köszönjük, hogy megtisztelt minket foglalásával és az azt követő értékelésével.

Örömmel vesszük tudomásul, hogy szállodánk Recepciója megfelelő benyomást keltett tartózkodása során. Ugyanakkor sajnálattal olvassuk a problémákat, amelyek következtében pihenése nem lehetett teljes.

Felsorolt észrevételeit kivizsgáltuk, és megtettük a szükséges lépéseket annak érdekében, hogy a jövőben egy kellemesebb élményben lehessen része.

Nagyon kedves személyzet . Késői erkezesunk ellenére is mindenről tájékoztatást kaptunk . Külön köszönjük a telefonos segítséget . Szükség esetén csak itt fogunk megszállni . A reggeli is korrekt . A szobák felszereltsége , tisztasága éppúgy tökéletes , mint a hotel elhelyezkedése .
