Örömünkre szolgál, hogy hotelünk elnyerte tetszését, és ezen belül a szolgáltatásainkkal kapcsolatban is meg volt elégedve. A reggeli fogyasztása közben tapasztalt kellemetlenségekért elnézést szeretnénk kérni, és a továbbiakban még jobban fogunk ügyelni arra, hogy kedves Vendégeink étkezése zavartalan és frusztrációmentes legyen. Better and more clean than suspected when standing outside on the dirty streets. Staff was friendly and polite. I however do not like that we got an expensive private car service when we were just requesting a taxi to the airport. It was over 50% more expensive than normal taxi plus the driver wanted cash which we didn't have and caused problems having to take out money at the airport ATM which is even more expensive with bad exchange rate. Didn't like that process at all when we were in a hurry and had problems to find ATM.

Lady who checked me in the evening was brilliant I think she was doing over night Friday morning checking out lady with glasses clearly not natural hospitality person. I’ve asked where breakfast was she just pointed behind lift no explanation, no how was your stay etc. I will reward with 10 because room was close to Keleti train station, clean basic but warm and strong shower. Small bar and shop near by very friendly locals.
1 /2 nights perfect for city break basic but safe clean.

Többször voltunk már vendégek, a közeljövőben is tervezzük a pár napos ottlétet.

Örömmel olvassuk, hogy sokadik alkalommal látogatnak újra minket, nagyra értékeljük folytonos bizalmukat és tervüket egy újabb nálunk töltött pihenéshez a közeljövőben. Személyzetünkkel, valamint a reggeli választékával kapcsolatos visszajelzése megnyugtat minket, és emellett sajnáljuk, hogy a magyar TV csatornáknál korlátozott volt a választási lehetőség.
