Preis -Leistung ist top. Ein älteres Hotel, aber gut gepflegt. Mich persönlich stören Teppiche in den Zimmern, da sie unhygienisch sind.

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We were sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
We would like to kindly inform you that bottled water is currently not included among our in-room amenities. However, our reception drink bar offers bottled water and a selection of other beverages, and our colleagues will be pleased to assist our Guests with their purchases.
Regarding the scent you noticed in your room, we would like to mention that our housekeeping team places great emphasis on cleanliness and therefore uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. As a result, a fresh scent reminiscent of these cleaning products may occasionally remain in the room for a short period after housekeeping has been completed.
Slippers, as well as certain bathroom and cosmetic amenities – such as toothbrushes or shaving kits – are not part of our standard room amenities. However, our reception team is happy to provide these items free of charge upon request.
We would also like to thank you for bringing the bathroom ventilation issue to our attention. Your comments have been forwarded to our maintenance department, and we will, of course, take the necessary steps to ensure an even more comfortable environment for our Guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding our breakfast packages. Our takeaway breakfasts contain a predetermined selection of freshly prepared food, beverages, and fruit. At the same time, we are always happy to accommodate our Guests' individual requirements whenever possible. Whether it is a dietary restriction, a vegetarian breakfast request, or simply additional fresh fruit, our colleagues will gladly assist with prior notice.
