La chica de recepción del turno de tarde noche muy agradable y amable.
First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel.
However, we are sorry to hear about the problem with the air conditioner.
We would like to kindly inform you that there are two air conditioning units in the room, one of which actually failed, while the other one was working properly and cooled the room sufficiently. Since the comfort of our Guests is the most important thing for us, we do everything possible we can to prevent these problems from occurring, however, unfortunately we sometimes run into unexpected obstacles, but we are working hard to remedy them as quickly as possible.
We regret what happened but at the same time we hope that we can welcome you again on another occasion and that we will have the opportunity to restore your trust in us.
