Bardzo fajny miejski hotel, wszystko czego potrzeba jest na miejscu. Wygodne pokoje, łazienki ok. Śniadania tez ok.

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk el a hotelben. A szálláshely tiszta volt, a reggeli bőséges és finom. A recepciós hölgyek, akikkel kapcsolatba kerültünk, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Egyetlen észrevételem volt, a televízió minősége, amit azonnal orvosoltak.

Megnyugvással tölt el minket, hogy ilyen pozitív élménnyel gazdagodtak a Star City Hotelben töltött pihenésük során.

Reggeli választékunkat folyamatosan utántöltve igyekszünk tökéletes napindító élményt nyújtani, ezáltal nagy örömmel tölt el minket, hogy sikerült a kedvükben járni a kínálatunk folyamatosan ellenőrzött minőségével és frissességével.

Említett észrevételeit a televízió minőségével kapcsolatban feljegyeztük és figyelembe fogjuk venni az elkövetkezendő fejlesztéseink végrehajtása során.

Abbastanza positivo, camera carina, luminosa, pulita, forse il bagno un po’ piccolo. Facile raggiungere il centro a piedi (2km) e ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici, stazione treni e metro a 500 metri.

Non bello e scomodo

Dear Valued Guest,

First and foremost we would like to thank you for choosing the Star City Hotel*** and thank you very much for your honest feedback.
However we are sorry to hear that you left our hotel with negative feelings. We strive to provide our Guests with the most positive experience possible, and we are continuously working to ensure that similar experiences do not occur in the future. Therefore, please allow us to extend our sincerest apologies.

Regarding the cleaning, our housekeeping department cleans the rooms on a daily basis. However, for environmental reasons, towels are only replaced if guests indicate this by placing them on the floor.

We regret that you had fewer opportunities for relaxation, compounded by the noise from the street. This is inevitable, as one of the main advantages of our hotel is its proximity to the city center, and it is unavoidable that the small, fleeting moments of urban life seep into the building.
Since the comfort of our Guests is our highest priority, including the quality of breakfast, We agree that our colleagues acted improperly and we have forwarded the complaint to the relevant departments to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
