Nagyon kedvesek a recepciósok! Egy szúnyoghálót reméltem a természetes szellőztetéshez, az egyik ablak egyik ablakszárnyára felszerelhető lenne.

Tisztelt Vendégünk!

Örömmel olvassuk pozitív értékelését szállodánk felé. Igyekszünk minden igényének eleget tenni, így kifejezetten nagy boldogsággal tölt el minket, hogy Recepciósaink is ugyanezt tették!

Minden javaslatot fontolóra veszünk, így a jövőben még ennél is jobb élményt tudunk nyújtani, ha újra minket választ.

THE FLOOR CARPETS IN THE INNER CORRIDORS OF THE HOTEK WERE AWFULLY DIRTY. THE IMPRESSION WAS DISGUSTING

El trato del servicio muy bueno. Muy agradecido a la simpatía y ayuda de todos los trabajadores que el trato fue exquisito. De la habitación recuerdo que era un tanto incómodo por las cortinas ya que no evitaba la entrada de luz al amanecer, pero esta estaba limpia, aseada y espaciosa.

Mindenekelőtt hálásak vagyunk azért, hogy időt szántak az értékelés megírására.

Visszajelzésük nagy segítséget jelent számunkra, mivel ezek alapján tudjuk fejleszteni szolgáltatásainkat, és várhatóan még jobb élményt nyújthatunk kedves Vendégeinknek.

Örömmel tölt el minket, hogy a bőséges reggeli választékunk elnyerte a tetszésüket.

Emellett sajnálattal szembesülünk, hogy nem tett eleget elvárásaiknak a kapott szoba típusa, hiszen Önök egy franciaágyas szobát szerettek volna.

Igyekszünk a jövőben még fokozottabb figyelemben részesíteni a szobák elosztását, viszont sajnálatos módon előfordulhatnak olyan ritka esetek, amikor a foglaltságunk nem minden esetben engedi minden szobakérés teljesülését. Ezen a jövőben dolgozni fogunk, hogy minden vendégünk igényét maximálisan kielégítsük.

Köszönjük szépen észrevételeit az ajtókra kiakasztható táblákkal kapcsolatban, és elnézést kérünk a tapasztalt kellemetlenségekért. Minden felvetett problémát kivizsgálunk és orvosolunk.

Reméljük, hogy a jövőben még egyszer lehetőségünk lesz vendégül látni Önöket.

Very clean hotel, polite and helpfull staff, tasteful breakfast. Parking available along the street (free of charge during the weekend).
