Man on duty at thecreception was very helpful with arranging a parking for us.

Molto piacevole. La posizione strategica e il personale molto simpatico e gentile,oltre al fatto che è presente un receptionist 24h su 24. L'unica nota lievemente dolente: la zona la sera è un po' buia e poco frequentata e la metro (c'è una fermata a dieci min a piedi) chiude molto presto la sera,alle 23. Però se si è sfortunati comunque la struttura non è lontana dal centro e eventualmente con un po' di pazienza di può arrivare a piedi (o in taxi).

Buena experiencia en relación a las facilidades, trato adecuado. El primer día una mala experiencia al haber un cubo de basura en la puerta del hotel con muy mal olor. Al entrar la primera vez en la habitación olía mal por la moqueta y a humedad. Con la ventilación durante la estancia mejoró. Mi consejo sería también renovar un poco la entrada de la calle para una mejor primera impresión. La facilidad de acceso a los medios de transporte público es excelente.

I found the environment where the hotel is located creepy, but the hotel was nice and comfortable.
