No response to my email from management
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay in Mallorca. Based on your initial rating of 80%, we trust that you enjoyed your time with us in March. We also appreciate the feedback you provided at that time, to which we responded within a few days.
However, this morning we came across a second review you posted online, in which you expressed disappointment at not having received a reply from our management, and accordingly adjusted your rating to 50%. This surprised us, as we place great importance on responding to all guest communications promptly—typically within 24 hours.
After thoroughly reviewing all our communication channels, we regret to inform you that we have been unable to locate any email from you. We would kindly ask you to resend your message or inform us of the email address you used, so we can ensure your inquiry reaches us correctly.
