I absolutely loved the hotel grounds and the hotel itself. It was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The views were stuffing. The cleanliness was good and I loved the beauty products in the bathroom with high end luxury shower gel and hand soap. The towels were bit old and need renewing. As the location of the hotel is so isolated, the hotel would benefit from having a little shop that sells toiletries and snacks and is open till late. Also the Room Service menu is very limited and they dont understand english very well. I was charged 17.00 Euros for a small pot of Tea, which was a bit over-priced. But I loved the free cookies that were on Reception and Spa area. The Hotel Receptions were kind and sweet.

The more we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you had when you had trouble to have your favourite drink mixed.
