Really enjoyed our one night stay. Beautifully elegant classy hotel stay to start our holiday trip to the North East. Excellent pizza and delightful breakfast in a gorgeous room.

Fantastic staff great hotel bit pricey overall but great location to everything in York I would stay again 😀

Very good overall afew issues but got ironed out .close to the town and the admentes and of course shambles just need to watch when its wet can be slippery. River trip interesting

Ok. Not the service i expected intitally regarding issues and superior room. It got better thanks to Claire and the gentleman with her who sorted my concerns, after my initial contact with reception was dismissed.
This was also a birthday gift. Overall not the experience I was expecting from the hotel after looking at the website.

Great location near the Minster Convenient on site parking was a definite plus. Staff very friendly and helpful.

VERY GOOD - Lovely staff, very helpful and well satisfied with stay. Would be more welcoming if large outside door were open. Perhaps weather doesn't allow.
