Our second visit here and will surely return.
Not a criticism but with the car park being so tight, do continue with the ‘herringbone’ nose-in parking but designate an area closer to the front railings to turn around in so that customers can drive out forwards to join the main road.

Overall it was a lovely hotel, in a good location with delightful staff, delicious dinner and breakfast.

Could have been a better experience considering the costs. Some of the staff could have been more pleasant.

Hotel nice , room very warm , clean comfortable but noisy due to referbishment in other parts of the hotel.

Very welcoming great location, breakfast a little on the pricey side. Car parking has increased since our last visit, but understand parking is a premium

Fabulously friendly and helpful staff. Great room with comfy bed and in a wonderful location. My third visit in as many months and I will be returning again next month.

Excellent. From booking on the phone Natalie was so helpful. Reception, Ian who helped us with map, locations of places we wanted to visit on our arrival.
The wonderful blonde lady who showed us our room & carried my case,then served us in the bar.

I thought the overall experience was good just the fact that we weren’t able to get a shower in the morning due to the water running cold. We did mention this to reception who this us this was due to the positioning of the room within the hotel and to allow the water to run for a longer period which we tried but this didn’t maje a difference to the water temperature
