Great .lovely to be upgraded as the days in York were part of a family celebration of my 75th birthday. I would be happy to stay again and recommend to others
The reception staff were very helpful. and I really liked the elegant Victoria building and the querkiness of the decor.

Comfortable. Enjoyable. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location for city centre and train station. Ii

It was really good we were made very welcome by the staff especially the reception staff and we would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We had the bridal suite , what a superb room and spacious , we had ordered Champagne , expecting it to be in the room , so contacted reception but couldn’t at first find it on the booking , eventually sorted it out

First time at this hotel and we will definitely be back it was a fabulous stay everything about it was perfect from the rooms to the lovely staff
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when visiting York and can’t wait to go back

A lovely stay celebrating my daughter’s graduation from the University of York and my sister’s 60th birthday.

Really pleased. So much so booked to go back at new year. The room although small was perfectly set up with everything you could need. Perfect location for easy access in to the centre. Would definitely recommend.
