Excellent staff are so helpful, Rachel and Ian especially , we had a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Soggiorno piacevole, con confort e servizi di buon livello. La posizione mi ha permesso di effettuare le visite turistiche con tranquillità a piedi.

We understand your comments regarding the parking charges. We do our best to remain competitive and, as is common in the centre of York, complimentary parking is unfortunately not available. However, we review our fees regularly to ensure they are in line with other hotels in the area.

Such a superb location and interesting history to the Churchill. Fabulous food and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a little disappointed in the room experience.

We had a lovely time at the Churchill Hotel. The staff on the whole are very friendly and helpful and it is a lovely hotel.

Love the Churchill. It is our go to hotel in York. Great location, facilities and most of all the staff. Special mention to Henry who was brilliant in the garden and demi as well

Lovely hotel, breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent. It’s the second time we have stayed there and will definitely book again when visiting York , the location is perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only let down by disappointing breakfast. Although service at breakfast was great there was a delay in receiving cooked food. Not such an issue as was on Sunday so no great rush.

Very enjoyable close to the areas which are most interesting within walking distance from the hotel for us which is a great location
