Other than a shower temperature control that didn't really have much effect, the overall experience was great.

Very good hotel, great staff and very helpful , clean and comfy hotel, would go again. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Pizza outside in the igloos is very nice and cosy.

Very annoyed that parking charges were not up front --- no indication of parking charges until we had booked the hotel.

Went for 1 night and stayed 2 nights. Great experience. Easy walk into town. The Bunker room is amazing.

Lovely experience helped by the weather. Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic position of the hotel to York centre.
Would definitely book again (but not the small double)

Terrific stay and would definitely return. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.
Liked the decor - mix of traditional and modern.
An in room fridge would have been good though as it was incredibly hot during our stay.
