The hotel in beautiful and the location is Perfect, being so close to the walled city.
We loved the room, except for the internet reception. It was really bad. To the point that even watching something on the TV was impossible. Besides that, we loved it.

A very pleasant stay near the centre of York. Only problems were the absence of decaffeinated coffee at the bar and restaurant. We also had a problem with the shower in our room, where the temperature was difficult to adjust and it would not fully turn off. As this happened late in our stay, we decided not to report it until we checked out.

Dear Guest,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We are delighted you enjoyed the location, comfort, and overall cleanliness of your room so close to York’s centre.

We are sorry to hear about your challenges with the shower and the lack of decaffeinated coffee options at our bar and restaurant. Your comments help us understand where we can improve and are genuinely appreciated.

Regarding our pricing, we do understand that central York can be a more expensive area, and we do our best to stay competitive within the local market.
