Good hotel overall in excellent location just let yourselves down on the breakfast. The choice was limited and overpriced

Overall, very good. Very clean, centrally located and the staff were very helpful.
The only negative point is the surcharge for parking.

One of the better hotels I've stayed in, loved the decor, staff outstanding, only slight down side would be the train's, but can't be helped

hope to return again later this year. I came away with my daughter for an annual away day shopping trip . The location to the city centre was excellent was able to walk and leave the car. Having a car park on site was also a plus as many of the city centre hotels did not have on site parking so was a factor when I booked the hotel . Liked the décor . We used the restaurant and the food was excellent. The service and friendly staff also added to the enjoyment of the visit and is one of the reasons that I should like to return to the hotel for another visit.

An excellent stay, could not find any fault, staff bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and excellent.

Loved staying at the hotel and enjoyed all the facilities and entertainment. Staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I am now thinking about coming to stay for a long weekend to explore York.
