The Churchill Hotel

The hotel is beautiful with great staff. The room we stayed in was lovely and had everything we needed. The noise from the fans outside and people going in and out through reception has put us off returning which is a shame as other than the lack of sleep we enjoyed our stay.

Warm and welcoming staff, good position for sight seeing. Friendly feel to the place. Nice large room with an airy feel. It didn't have a proper window, only a sky light, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Fabulous location if you are visiting York. Spotlessly clean hotel. Rooms were small bathroom was very cramped, rooms were also very warm . Beautifully decorated hotel.

Relaxed atmosphere and such a nice bar and comfortable. Good selection of drinks for non-alcoholic drinkers.

I would come back to Churchill Hotel. Loved the decor and the friendly atmosphere. Location excellent. Would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting York

It was nice experience. But for the time actually spent in the room /hotel and breakfast and car parking not included made it overall expensive. If I was to revisit York I would be attracted to accommodation that probably included breakfast and onsite parking or certainly subsidised parking which would have made experience overall more attractive
