Looked after from the moment we arrived to the minute we left . Big shout out to lan in reception and Rhys in the bar / restaurant

I enjoyed my stay at the Churchill Hotel although I would suggest that you display an instruction guide to the shower controls and fit grab rails in the showers.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and superb service as always lovely room and no issues when we stayed. Beer garden was great

We have been in the UK and Spain for nearly a month and sadly the Churchill was the worst hotel I’m afraid

The Churchill is amazing, from the beautiful rooms to wonderful staff who are so polite, welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much for them at all, the beer garden and the pizza oven were a pleasure. I can’t recommend the Churchill enough

Very grateful for being upgraded . Location perfect. Continental breakfast could have been much better with more choice

The hotel's staff was very helpful and lovely. The bar was fun, and the bar snacks were delicious. The rooms were clean.

As always it was a pleasure staying in a hotel we have visited since 1988

Parking is always a stress though

We always stay there when visiting York
Bootham is our favourite part of York City and we also support the football club
The hotel has easy access to inside as well as outside the city

Lovely hotel, great location. Would stay in a bigger room next time but even the basic room had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable.
