Amazing, if we return to York we will definitely be staying here again. Room was gorgeous and staff could not be faulted

We went for one night to the Churchill hotel. I would recommend going lovely room, staff very friendly and accommodating

We would definitely come back - the amazing reception staff made up for the confusion with the other member of staff.
They were so helpful and informative.

Pleasant enough York is an interesting and friendly city with lots to do and explore. Good for walking.

Overall only OK if I’m honest - probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again. Best feature was location, but feel that service and food could be improved - room was smallish but understand that difficult to change unless you upgrade

Lovely hotel with wartime themes. Friendly staff at both reception and bar. Good location for walking into city centre.

Really enjoyed the hotel, staff and location. The raised plinth the bath sits on the the bedroom was a bit dangerous. My right foot is still
