A Very nice Hotel, in its own grounds, the staff were very pleasant, and accommodating.
Found a place to park without a problem.
A very nice young man came to my car, and carried my sister and my bags to our rooms.
It was a lovely Hotel, and I will be back in the near future with my partner.

Enjoyable stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Parking available. we a had a small room which was fine but some might want more space. Excellent wifi.

I informed the gentleman at reception the water was not stopping in the sink he said he would see to it never did didn't say anything like he couldn't do it when I came back in no sorry also I asked for more tea coffee and sugar gave me 2 and only 2 sugars my husband has 2 sugars so I didn't have enough for me seemed very mean only giving us2

Great time had clean hotel in a great location with a good breakfast. But prices need to include breakfast and bar prices adjusted a little.

Absolutely fantastic I can’t think of anything bad to say, I really can’t, oh hang on (the ghost) a private joke between us and the night porter, even he was a delight. I can’t wait to come back as we are only in Leeds and it won’t be long, but can we have the Bunker please?

Perfect for a weekend trip. Only a short walk away from all the attractions of York but still manages to feel calmer and away from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice hotel, I will go back next time I’m in York. Good location ideal for the city centre. Car park is small but adequate
