Would definitely come again, for the price it was great! Although I would rather have been told about the payment to park on booking, when checking out I was told about the fee and when I said I didn’t know about it the only response I got twice was, “it’s in your confirmation” not, “sorry you weren’t told but it’s in the confirmation”.. I appreciate it’s there but I’d have rather known about it on booking as it’s kinda like, thanks for the booking but it’s an extra £10 for the parking now..? Other than that, all was great!

Fantastic mini break. Was the indulgent and luxurious mini treat we had been hoping for. Lived up to expectations and further exceeded them!

It was good overall, reception staff were exceptional and night porter, was lovely. The room was exceptionally small for two people and if you had baggage, you'd struggle. The lighting in the room were really harsh and couldn't look properly when getting ready.

A wonderful family break. Loved the fact that three of us could stay in the same room. Very easy to find and so convenient formYok city centre. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay, no problems and the staff were great. The position of the Churchill makes it very convenient for all the shops and amenities York has to offer. Easy walk to the Cathedral and many other historic sights.
