Lovely helpful staff even provided us with a map and directions to where we needed to be. Very nice spacious room with comfy bed and pillows

Great, really nice hotel, our second stay, will definitely stay again. Similar price to Premier Inn but much nicer!

Our stay was ok. I called before booking to check you catered for vegans but felt a little mis-led. It’s very easy to keep vegan sausages (Linda McCartney), hash browns, beans, mushrooms, tomato and spinach in stock to provide a breakfast but we were told it’s hard to cater for vegan breakfast.

Lovely boutique style hotel. Shame the parking was so expensive, also full English breakfast £16? Those are London prices. Would go back though and recommend to others.

a very nice place to stop, close to town centre, but far enough away not to hear any noise from any bars/restaurants ect

Loved the design of the hotel and the room was lovely. We had a very enjoyable stay & would book again.

Very enjoyable stay, very nice room. Staff were helpful and made you feel welcome. Could not find any problems with the room.

Lovely room and staff but slow service , breakfast v poor value for the money
Hotel was clean throughout and. I would stay again but would not be dining there

Overall can’t complain for the price and location.
Put the towels where they should be (Bellagio doesn’t hide them).
Don’t have workmen in the room when I arrive.
Don’t charge for parking just add it to the rate.
Otherwise a very nice hotel.
