Excellent,clean well decorated rooms.pleasant polite and friendly staff.We had two breakfasts and two evening meals and they were excellent...

Lovely hotel. The location is perfect to explore York. Pleasant and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Fantastic stay at the Churchill Hotel! Unique and quirky but top class service! Very welcoming from the second we got there and we will be back in the future.

Loved the location. Room nice and warm. Liked the parking on site but still flummoxed as to why we have to pay extra for parking in the hotel grounds when we’re staying there...? Never had to do that anywhere else in the country.

Over all it the hotel has great character but the room carpets and heating need replaced and the shower was a trickle.

Definitely this hotel is the one we would book again for our annual shopping trip to York. The parking and the very short walk into York is a bonus. Also the great staff

Very impressed as we have said plates are cold at both Breakfast and Dinner although food was hot and excellent, a towel rail in our bathroom would also be an improvement
